Saturday: 11:00am – 5:00pm

Since 1931, the Harrow Terminal Station brought power to Winnipeg from the Seven Sisters Generating Station. Now it is the home of the Manitoba Electrical Museum and Education Centre. Here you can embark on an electrifying journey! As you enter the area that was once the control center, make your way through the exhibits to travel through the pre-electricity days and discover the beginnings of hydroelectric power. Continue downstairs for our ‘Sustainable Development – Caring for Our Common Future’ exhibit, children’s activities, and an exciting Van Der Graaf demonstration.
