• Discover the detrimental physical health effects that mental stress can inflict;
• Take opportunities to “check in” with your body and find where you hold your stress;
• Be given opportunities to partake in various practices of stretching, exercise and yoga;
• Learn the significant benefit to health of bringing body, mind and spirit into balance!
