Fitness in the Park offers an exciting line up of free lunch hour fitness classes. It’s a great opportunity to get outdoors and move your body with downtown fitness providers on your lunch break.

To ensure theyare able to restrict our outdoor gathering size to keep in line with Manitoba Health regulations, all attendees will be required to register online before attending a class. Class sizes will increase through the summer, following health regulations. Masks are optional while exercising but we ask that you wear them when speaking to any of our instructors or other class participants.

Registration is open with a limit of 24 to each class. You can register here

9Round: 9Round offers a 30-minute full-body kick boxing workout that’s fast, effective and fun with personal trainers to help you. For more information on 9Round, please click here.

Morfit: Morfit offers a variety of classes depending on what day you attend Fitness in the Park!

Wednesday class: Strength in the Sun (strength based)

Friday class: Sweat in the Sun (cardio based)

Classes begin Monday June 22nd, 2020 and run Monday – Friday from 12:00 – 12:45 PM until August 31st, 2020. In the event of bad weather, classes will be cancelled for that day. Please stay tuned to our website and our social media for updates on Fitness in the Park cancellation.
