Introducing the UNDO 2020 Challenge beginning Monday, February 1st!
2020 was a beast of a year. And it’s time to undo its effects.
YMCA-YWCA IS launching an amazing new virtual platform and unveiling it with a 4-week virtual – but highly interactive and fun – challenge that’s going to help you become stronger in body, mind and spirit. They’ve never done something like this before but like you, they have to adapt to our new environment, and they are pumped!
This special limited-time virtual challenge will give you online access to:
- tons of activities,
- engagement opportunities with Y fitness staff,
- community engagement with other Y members,
- fitness games and challenges,
- livestream fitness classes,
- a library of on-demand videos
- and many ways for you and your family to get healthy.
Don’t forget to “LIKE” the Y Winnipeg Facebook page as we want you to celebrate with your fellow Y members throughout the whole challenge.
You don’t need to be a Y Winnipeg member to join in our virtual challenge but you do need to register to access all the amazing content we’ll have!
